As a Talent Scout, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for a variety of roles across different industries. This role offers a flexible work schedule and the opportunity to work from home.

Responsibilities:

•Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, and referrals.
•Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability for different roles.
•Maintain accurate candidate records in our recruitment database.
•Manage all candidate interactions with utmost professionalism

Requirements:

•Previous experience in scouting talent, recruitment or human resources is preferred, but not essential.
•Effective communication and people skills
•Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
•Comfortable working from home and using technology to communicate with candidates.
